Mesclun greens & julian pear w/ aged balsamic vinaigrette.

Roasted freerange local chicken w/ sphagetti squash, smoked bacon and wild rice.

Herb crusted bluenose grouper w/ parsley butter sauce, crushed potatoes, wilted greens .

Grilled filet mignon w/ red wine shallot demi glaze, stilton, crushed potatoes, haricots verte.
Damn... I missed the cheese plate!

Sampling of deserts including a delicious pistachio creme brulee.
